Making friends around the world

This website shows the thoughts, activities and background of an international group that meets in Birmingham UK. We welcome people of any nationality who are visiting Birmingham and want to meet English people and share with them the culture and customs of their own countries.

We meet in the Welcome Area at Selly Oak Methodist Church, Langleys Road, Selly Oak, Birmingham, B29 7JL at 2.30pm on the second Sunday of each month.

The website also shows information which it is hoped will be useful to people here for the first time.

We have recently produced our very own Calendar for 2008 showing recipes that members of the group have contributed. The Calendar was produced by Michael from Ethiopia.
