The group has made contact with a number of talented artists and musicians. We feel privaleged to know them.

Masoud Babakhani is an artist from Iran now in Birmingham and anxious that people see his work. He has had commissions from several restaurants to produce large wall and ceiling murals using acrylic paints but is equally at home painting in oils for framing. Some of his pictures are shown on ...Masoud

Mohsen Keiany is a professional artist from Iran who is now working in Birmingham. He holds exhibitions of his work around the West Midlands. His website at www.mohsenkeiany.b0x.com shows examples of his work.

Joao started as an artist in his home country of Angola but whilst in Birmingham produced striking silk screen paintings. Some of his art was displayed at an exhibition in the Cathedral.

Kinson Chan came to England from Malaysia. He produces stunning photographs but specialises in digital manipulation. He has held exhibitions around Birmingham and has been commissioned to illustrate many brochures and programmes in the City.

Others in the City have learnt art as a hobby and enjoyed showing their work.

Music is a universal language and enjoyed in some form or other in most countries. We enjoyed the pieces played by a professional musician from Iran played on a Tar.
